What are your shipping options? We ship to all addresses in the United States with the following options:

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we offer Free Shipping (7-14 business days) on qualifying orders.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States (US Mainland). Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO may have additional charges.

What materials do you use? We use premium genuine leather, high-quality suede, breathable fabrics, and durable rubber soles with comfort cushioning.
Are your shoes true to size? Yes, our shoes follow standard US sizing. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page for the best fit.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Shoes must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Final sale or clearance items are non-returnable.
How do I return an item?
- Contact us with your order number.
- Ship the item back with tracking (buyer pays return shipping unless defective).
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
What if my shoes arrive damaged? Please send us clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
Warranty All shoes come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
